Fay Canyon – Sedona AZ – April 2017

A relatively short, level, easy out and back hike. Total RT ~ 3 miles. We took a side trail up to an arch. The side trail was really a steep, rocky scramble and not a nice smooth trail. But the effort was worth it! At the end of the canyon we climbed a bit to get some elevation and were rewarded with a sweeping view including Bell Rock. Temps were in the mid- 70s, clear blue sky – a perfect day for a hike!
